Just one month after turning himself into Caddo Correctional Center, rapper Mystikal has officially been indicted.

A Caddo grand jury indicted Mystikal, real name Michael Lawrence Tyler, on charges of first-degree rape and second-degree kidnapping, stemming from an incident on October 22, 2016. Mystikal and fellow rapper Averweone “Lil Hood” Holman are being accused of raping a woman at a casino in downtown Shreveport, La.

Mystikal is being held on a $3 million bond. The 26-year-old Holman, who was also indicted on first-degree rape and second-degree kidnapping charges, is also being held on $3 million bond. Tenichia Monieck Wafford, an alleged accomplice, has been charged with one count of obstruction of justice. Her bond is set at $500,000.

Mystikal is already a registered sex offender in the state of Louisiana after pleading guilty to sexual battery and extortion charges in 2003. He was released from prison in 2010.
