French Montana has long been a Ciroc Boy, often shamelessly sharing his love for the vodka, but now his relationship with the company has gone to a new level.
It has officially been announced that Ciroc is launching their eighth variant in flavor, French Vanilla, with French Montana as the the ambassador to the brand.
The vodka brand also announced that they are partnering up with the Bronx superstar in his humanitarian efforts in Africa.
“In addition to passing the torch to French Montana, I’m showing my support for the philanthropic work he is doing in Uganda,” REVOLT TV Chairman Sean “Diddy” Combs said today in a released statement.
“Not only will Ciroc donate $1 from every bottle of Ciroc French Vanilla made to support the organization MAMA HOPE, I will match the donation so that our success stories and contributions can benefit as many people as possible.”
Diddy gave more insight to his ultimate goal in a social media clip making its rounds, saying:
“I didn’t just want to put out another flavor. I wanted to represent that we getting money together. Hip-hop is getting money together. That’s where we taking this hip-hop culture. Us creating our own brands, us supporting our own brands, us building our own hip-hop economic systems. It’s us making sure that the money passes from our hand to our hand to our hand to our hand.”
French Vanilla hits some cities this month and comes out across the country on October 2.
