Prodigy’s autopsy has been completed following his untimely death earlier this week.

However, according to TMZ, the Clark County Medical Examiner will not determine his cause of death until the results of a full toxicology report are available.

While toxicology reports frequently reveal drug use, the medical examiners insist that their implementation does not insinuate that drugs were involved in the death. Authorities told TMZ that the tests are performed routinely.

A full report will take six to eight weeks to be submitted.

Earlier this week, the Mobb Deep rapper was hospitalized for complications related to sickle cell anemia.

He was 42.
