Bryson Tiller originally said he was releasing his sophomore set True To Self on June 23, but fans have been waiting long enough since his last album in 2015 – and he dropped the record nearly a month early, at midnight today (May 26).
After unveiling the tracklist earlier this week, Tiller released the album as advertised: a 19-song, 59-minute set, seemingly split into four parts. And it looks like he may be going for J. Cole territory too, as the album appears to have no credited features. The disc is the official follow-up to his platinum-selling, star-making debut, TRAPSOUL.
REVOLT News | Bryson Tiller releases three new songs
Tiller also released three songs last week, but only one of them, “Somethin Tells Me,” appears here; the other two, “Honey” and “Get Mine” featuring Young Thug, are bonuses to add to playlists.
