Considering blackbear, the alias of multifaceted recording artist Matthew Tyler Siegle Musto, has collaborated with an array of artists across genres, it doesn’t come as a surprise that his new project features a variety of styles and sounds as well.

In celebration of his champagne birthday (with blackbear turning 27 on Nov. 27), the singer/songwriter/producer has officially released his fourth album (and his first via Interscope), cybersex.

For those unfamiliar, the Daytona Beach-native, who has previously worked with the likes of G-Eazy, Childish Gambino, Linkin Park, Pharrell Williams and more, saw his career begin to climb upward after helping co-write Justin Bieber’s hit, “Boyfriend,” with the track climbing to No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 back in 2012.

As blackbear continued to build a name for himself, both as a songwriter and as a recording artist of his own accord, his discography, along with his fanbase, grew exponentially.

After releasing three studio albums and a handful of EPs, all while racking up millions of streams online over the past couple of years, he released his collaborative album with Mike Posner, Mansionz, earlier this year.

His new solo album, cybersex, features fourteen tracks and includes a slew of guest features, including from the likes of 2 Chainz, Cam’ron, Tinashe, T-Pain, Rick Ross, Ne-Yo, THEY., Paul Wall, Riff Raff, Machine Gun Kelly and FRND.
