Last month, in October, Northern California was met with tragedy, with historically devastating wildfires claiming the lives of 42 people, destroying more than 8,400 structures and leaving tens of thousands without homes.

To help assist with relief efforts, a handful of the Bay Area’s finest artists, including Kehlani, G-Eazy, E-40 and P-Lo, among others, have launched a special edition t-shirt, with all proceeds benefitting the Redwood Credit Union’s North Bay Fire Relief Fund.

“Coming together is most important when these terrible situations occur,” Oakland-born singer Kehlani said in a statement promoting the fundraiser. “And the Bay steps up to the plate every time. Help us help our cities.”

According to a press release, sales of the “Support The Soil” t-shirt have already reached $72k of the $100k goal, with 100% of the proceeds going to benefit those affected by the wildfires. The money will help go toward financial support, food, and temporary housing for the victims.

“I wasn’t in the Bay Area when all the fires were happening,” HBK co-founder P-Lo added. “So as I found out what was happening, I called all my friends to figure out what we could do to help the victims of the fires. The Bay Area means so much to me, and in this dire time of need, we are uniting to help the people who were affected by the fires and do whatever we can to help.”
