No one can play with our emotions quite like Frank Ocean can. Fans often toe a fine line between being expressively frustrated with him and then speechlessly in awe. The wait for Blonde proved as much, and now the anticipation for its limited physical releases is no different.

On Black Friday—that’s right, the day after Thanksgiving last year—Ocean surprised his followers by offering a sale of Blonde on vinyl and in CD format. The catch? The sale only lasted one day. This meant that the few folks who were able to place orders before the items sold out (like one of our Senior Editors) probably felt pretty lucky. Except that, over a month later, they still haven’t received anything but emails from Frank’s merch distributor, Sandbag.

Last month, purchasers received a promise that the products would be shipped out in January.

But six days into the new year and now purchasers (including, again, one of our own Senior Editors) are now receiving emails with an update that the deliveries have been pushed back to February.
