Contrary to what Game recently told viewers on Instagram, Sean Kingston did not name-check the Compton rapper to police following his chain-snatching incident at an L.A. club.

According to Kingston’s attorney Michelle Iarusso to TMZ, Game was not mentioned anywhere on a copy of Kingston’s police report. “At no time did my client bring up the Game during the investigation,” explained Iarusso in a statement. “In fact, [Sean], to date, has not even spoken to any member of the LAPD regarding this incident.”

TMZ also obtained a copy of the police report, which corroborates the statement.

Iarusso is representing Kingston in his lawsuit against the club for its alleged negligence.

The new update comes after Meek Mill clapped back at Game after his “92 Bars” diss track. The Philly rapper teamed with Beanie Sigel and fellow Dreamchasers affiliates Omelly and Tak for a venomous response over the instrumental to Young M.A.’s “Ooouuu.” Take a listen here.
