As the latest nostalgia-driven #Challenge trend taking the internet by storm, Monica’s 2003 hit “So Gone,” which was co-written and co-produced by Missy Elliott, has everyone delivering impromptu freestyles on social media. Previous cases of the #Challenge phenomenon include Fabo’s “Geeked Up” and most recently Ghost Town DJ’s “My Boo.” Last week, Chance the Rapper shared a set of heartwarming bars over “So Gone,” which prompted the originators to issue a call for others to carry on the challenge.
