The tragic loss of Bankroll Fresh this past weekend continues to be a tough reminder for fans and most of the rap world. On Friday night (March 4), the Atlanta rapper was gunned down outside an Atlanta studio. He was later taken to a local hospital, where he succumbed to the injuries.

As the mourning poured from many throughout social media, producer Metro Boomin took to Instagram to fully express his sorrow in the aftermath of Fresh’s untimely passing.

As of this writing, police have not yet released any information regarding suspects or a possible motive in the shooting. Although, Atlanta PD confirmed to REVOLT over the weekend that Homeland Security has responded to the Atlanta recording studio location, where the incident took place, and recovered video evidence that is now being processed.
