Lion Babe – Begin

The duo of Jillian Hervey and Lucas Goodman, better known as Lion Babe, have finally released their long-awaited soulful debut album, Begin. Comprised of old and new songs, including their breakout singles “Treat Me Like Fire” and “Wonder Woman,” the collaborative project also features cameos from the likes of Pharrell, Childish Gambino, and Andrew Wyatt. Bouncing sounds of soul and funk to experimental indie ballads, it’s a sway of records to make you fall into the groove.

In anticipation of the album, the New York duo recently dropped a new visual for their latest single “Where Do We Go,” directed by Luke Gilford and paying homage to the city that put them on the map.

Majid Jordan – Majid Jordan

After weeks of promotion, which included a new pre-order song every Friday, OVO’s duo production Majid Al Maskati and Jordan Ullman collaboratively known as Majid Jordan, have released their self-titled debut album on iTunes.

The Toronto-based duo, who first found success by co-writing Drake’s “Hold On, We’re Going Home,” brought Drizzy along for the co-sign as the only feature on their 12-track project. Their collaboration, “My Love,” was also the LP’s first single.

“When we met four years ago we never would have imagined the journey that lead to this album,” the duo said on Instagram. “Thank you to our friends, family, and mentors for making this project possible. We are beyond excited to share this piece of us with you all.”
