Banksy’s sinister take on Disneyland, called Dismaland, is officially opened for business.
The mysterious artist’s latest engagement is a theme park located across the pond in Weston-super-Mare, Somerset, England, where for five weeks attendees will enjoy featured works by Damien Hirst and The KLF’s Jimmy Cauty, as well as fun and games for the family.
Music lovers will also get a treat via the theme park’s Friday night live show series, kicking off on August 28 with performances from Run the Jewels, Pussy Riot, Massive Attack, Kate Tempest, and more. Dismaland, the evil twin of Disneyland, is open from August 22 through September 27, 11 a.m. – 11 p.m.
