Once Timbaland gave Tink the cosign, and the beats, her recent success has been no surprise. After keeping relatively quiet since the release of her latest mixtape, Winter’s Dream 3, the Chicago singer/rapper has dropped off two new tracks with mentor. The first offering, “Dinero,” is a cheeky, smooth ode to the hustle and chasing money. Whereas “Trust No One” is bleak, booming production with a sample of 2Pac serving as a reminder to be mindful of motives in relationships. Not quite sure if these new tracks will find their way to a complete project or debut album, but it is nice to hear the new duo is steady working.
