YG Preps 'Who You Love' With Drake For Upcoming Debut

YG has something special in store for his forthcoming My Krazy Life single.

With DJ Mustard handling production, the Compton rapper hooked up with Drake for a special track called “Who You Love.” Though they didn’t actually record the track together in the studio, the single has both MCs excited for its release.

“I got Drake on it and it’s not a song where [he] hop on and it sound like a Drake song,” YG told REVOLT about the single, while clearly dismissing that famous notion once made by Drizzy on “5AM in Toronto” (“That's why every song sound like Drake featuring Drake”).

“It’s a YG record, you feel me? And Drake, I can see he really liked the record because he talking about it, he playing it, he DJing it up in the club and all of that. Shout out to Drake for that doe,” added YG.

While the collaboration has yet to be released, judging by a sneak preview we were able to hear down at the Def Jam offices, YG and Drizzy surely have a smash on their hands. Drake even expressed his excitement about the collab last month, simply telling REVOLT that it's “crazy.”

YG, who is under Jeezy’s CTE fold, is slated to unleash his debut album My Krazy Life at the top of the year. The album is already anchored by his Billboard hit “My Hitta,” which currently sits at No. 19 on the Hot 100, an incredible feat for the longtime rapper.

My Krazy Life will feature production from DJ Mustard, Terrace Martin, Metro Boomin, as well as featured guest spots from Ty Dolla $ign and plenty more.
